Refund policy

Physical Products (NFC Tags, Cards, Stickers)

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery if:

  • Item is unused

  • Item is in original packaging

  • Item is not activated or linked to a profile

Once a tag has been activated, it is considered a personalized medical product and is not eligible for return except for defects.


Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or does not function:

Contact us within 14 days with:

  • Order number

  • Photos

  • Description of issue

We will provide:

  • Replacement

  • Refund

  • Store credit


Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Activated or personalized tags

  • Subscription services already billed

  • Bulk clinic orders after activation

  • Digital downloads


Subscription Refunds (Plus / Pro)

Subscriptions can be canceled anytime.

Billing rules:

  • You will retain access until the end of your billing cycle

  • We do not offer partial refunds for unused time

  • Billing errors will be corrected promptly

Free trial conversions may be refunded within 7 days upon request.


Lost / Replacement Tags

Replacement tags may be purchased at a discounted rate.

Profiles remain accessible even if a tag is lost.


How to Start a Return

Include:

  • Order number

  • Reason for return

  • Photos/Videos if applicable

Return instructions will be provided.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective.


Refund Timing

Approved refunds are issued within 5–10 business days to the original payment method.


Liability Notice

VitalTag products are informational tools and are not medical devices that diagnose, treat, or prevent disease.

Users are responsible for maintaining accurate information.
