VitalTag provides NFC-enabled identification tools that allow users to store and share emergency information.
VitalTag products:

To use certain features, you may be required to create an account.

Some subscription tiers allow multiple profiles. Limits are described on our pricing pages.
Emergency Information Disclaimer
VitalTag is an informational tool designed to assist first responders.
We do not guarantee:

That devices will function in all situations

Orders & Billing
Prices are subject to change without notice.
We reserve the right to:

Refuse orders

Limit quantities

Cancel suspicious transactions
You agree to provide current billing and shipping information.
Subscriptions (Plus / Pro)
Subscriptions provide enhanced features such as additional profiles, caregiver access, and advanced storage.
By subscribing:

You authorize recurring billing

Billing continues until canceled

Access remains through the billing period
We do not provide partial refunds for unused time.
Billing errors will be corrected promptly.
Device Activation & Personalization
Once a VitalTag device is activated or linked to a profile, it may be considered personalized.
Activated devices may not be eligible for return except in cases of defect.
Profiles remain accessible even if a physical tag is lost.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to:

Interfere with system security
We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content, logos, designs, and software are owned by VitalTag by KMMS.
You may not reproduce or distribute materials without permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, VitalTag shall not be liable for:
